Edmundite Presence

In the manner of Christ who was gentle and humble of heart the mission of the Society of Saint Edmund is evangelization.

The Society of Saint Edmund is an apostolic religious community with about two dozen active members. Edmundites are committed to:

  • Standing in solidarity with African Americans

  • A preference for serving the poor

  • Social an interracial justice

  • Being where the Church would otherwise be absent

  • The participation of the laity in the life of the Church

  • Working for systemic change in our world
